About Us
The Essence of Emotional Intelligence is Learning to Pause
From one-on-one coaching to training and retreats, Pause, Inc. focuses on developing sustainable Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practices and building authentic relationships. We fill the gap between learning new tools and skills, and real-time application. Pause, Inc. is like a gym for your limbic system where one comes to build strong EQ muscles, increasing their ability to effectively communicate, influence, and lead.
We Teach How 'To Do' Relationships
We are dedicated to helping people develop and truly incorporate an Emotional Intelligence practice into their daily lives. In our programs, clients learn how to navigate their relationships with more confidence and choice. They approach conflict with less anxiety, develop a more effective and clear communication style, create genuine connections that deepen their relationships, and overall, lead more enriching and fulfilling lives.
