The Science of the Pause
Pause, Inc. functions as a deliberate "limbic system gym," where clients develop robust EQ competencies to increase their capacity for managing internal states and external demands.
We move beyond theory to target the gap between knowing tools and consistently applying them under pressure, transforming interpersonal challenges into opportunities for growth.
